The company, having already 40 years history, was created in 1969 one of departments of the Ministry of Road construction and Exploitation. Prior to its privatization it was owned by this Ministry. The company was carrying out road construction and their exploitation in Masis Region of Armenia. During this period of activities the company has built high quality roads which are being employed till our days.
In 1997 on the basis of Masis Road Construction and Exploitation Company was founded Berma CJSC. The company carries out civil construction, asphalt concrete production, road construction, reconstruction, renovation and rehabilitation, landscaping works. Berma is specialized in construction of roads, bridges and other transportation hubs.
During the entire duration of its operation diligent and dedicated specialists were employed by Berma. The company is distinguished by its high level of organization and highest quality of completed projects.

Berma Company’s mission is to build reliable and modernized roads, bridges, tunnels and other road-engineering structures. During long years of its operation Berma has gained the reputation of a leading road construction company in Armenia.
